Prior to Altus Peak Partners, Jessie was an Associate at New Water Capital where she specialized in the acquisition of lower middle market companies in the food manufacturing, industrial distribution, consumer branding, and logistics industries. Jessie previously worked at Mackinac Partners, where she advised services firms on operational restructurings. Jessie began her career in investment banking at SunTrust in Dallas, TX and UniCredit in Munich, Germany. Jessie has closed on transactions totaling over $100 million.

Jessie completed her Masters at Frankfurt School of Finance in Frankfurt, Germany and holds a Bachelor in Economics from Vanderbilt University. She was born and raised in Dallas, TX and currently resides in Delray Beach, FL.

Prior to Altus Peak Partners, Adam was a Vice President at Accordion. He helped independent sponsors diligence, acquire, and operate their portfolio companies, primarily in B2B services. He worked hand-in-hand with management teams to develop a strategic value creation plan and professionalize the finance function. He also specialized in executing turnaround plans and managing liquidity during distressed situations. Adam began his career in growth equity at Physician Growth Partners.

Adam holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Adam also has Bachelors in Accounting and Technology Management from Kelley, and is a registered CPA. Adam lives in Chicago and grew up in Highland Park, IL.
